CDF Parameters
For each D2A interface element, the cdsSpice netlister maps the CDF parameters to
cdsSpice parameters using cdsSpice simulator information from CDF.
The following figure shows cdsSpice simulator information for the MOS1_d2a interface cell.
The macroArguments field indicates that the interface element requires that the parameters
d2a_vl
,
d2a_vh
,
d2a_tr
,
d2a_tf
, and
d2a_rout
be passed to it in the specified order.
The netlister maintains the digital-source and interface-net connections internally for
consistency and treats them as terminals for the interface element. The netlister passes the
digital source and interface net to the macro before other regular parameters in the
macroArguments list.
You provide the correct macroArguments list for cdsSpice in the CDF simulator information
section. The macroArguments list should have all the parameters of the cdsSpice macro file
in the correct sequence, except for the digital source (Verilog export) and the interface net.
