The level 1 interface element, SpectreS MOS1_d2a, is a macro with the following parameters:
The interface primitive

translates the logic state and drives an intermediate node

.
The resistor

models the impedance of the digital output pin and connects

interface net

represents both the Verilog import name and the intermediate
node.
MOS2_d2a
The level 2 interface element, MOS2_d2a, has a pull-up switch and a pull-down switch to
model independent sourcing, sinking, and tri-state capabilities of the digital output pin.
