When the power-monitoring unit is installed in a tap-off unit, it is often too high for
easy reading of the measurements.
We therefore recommend using a Power Meter PM810 with a Modbus
communication option.
Then the Canalis solution is to install a KBA line 25ED4303T parallel to the main
line and dedicated to carry the information (as a Modbus network) from the
powermonitoring tap-off unit to the Ethernet TCP / IP network (see "The Transparent
Ready Concept") and the connections are:
