Description
The TClamp3302N is a two line TVS protection device compliant
with the Telcordia GR-1089 intra building surge standard. With it's
low capacitance (<12pF), small size (2.6 x 2.6 x 0.6mm), and low
operating voltage (3.3V), the TClamp3302N offers the industry's first
3.3V silicon TVS device to meet GR-1089 Intra-building surge. The
TClamp3302N is packaged into a very small, leadless SLP package.
