C.4.4.4 Employees
· Report all injuries and illnesses immediately to your payroll supervisor
and work supervisor.
· Participate fully in medical treatment and rehabilitation plan; keep
medical appointments and follow medical recommendations.
· Keep your payroll supervisor and work supervisor apprised of the
work status and of your anticipated return-to-work date.
· Cooperate with members of the DMT in efforts to facilitate return to
work.
