Mobility Plan Linkage with Planning and Programming
This section describes the envisioned linkages between the Mobility Plan and current
transportation planning and programming. Each of the processes addressed is
structured in the following format:
The User's Guide is intended to be a living document and it is expected that many
of these linkages will evolve over time. Some of these linkages are complex and may
require buy-in from PennDOT's transportation partners. This guide simply represents
a starting point in linking PennDOT's long-range planning direction with other related
planning and programming activities.
