C A U T I O N
Store the affinity column at 2 to 8 °C (35 to 46 °F) upon receiving and when not in use.
DO NOT FREEZE THE COLUMN! After use, flush well with Buffer A and store column in
refrigerator with the end-caps tightly sealed.
C A U T I O N
Do not expose columns to organic solvents (like alcohols, acetonitrile, etc.), strong
oxidizers, acids, or reducing agents, and other protein denaturing agents. If you do so,
the column will be ruined!
