2 Check that your protein database search produced the correct
identification (bovine serum albumin).
3 To compare your results with typical results, do one of the following:

If you performed LC/MS/MS with a conventional LC system, check your
results against those in

, which shows a Spectrum Mill
summary of the results from each of the three online LC protocols.

If you performed LC/MS/MS with the HPLC-Chip system, check your
results against those in

, which show in two parts
a Spectrum Mill summary of the results from the 1D enrichment and 2D
protocols.

If you use Mascot rather than the Spectrum Mill workbench, compare the
sequences and measured m/z values with the ones in these figures.
