ConfigPath=0 or ConfigPath=3, then this
option could still be required, especially in
Windows XP. When there are shared settings,
one user can modify settings, and then a
session change event can occur. To prevent
synchronization issues between the saved
settings and active configuration, when the
session change event occurs (and the Session
Change Message is sent), OnScreen will
restore settings from the current saved settings.
