Button Move to a particular class of windows.
For example, if Action=0 and Flags=1 for a
particular class, this class will be ignored,
AND the button will not move to this class of
window. Essentially the Flags setting should
only be used for Action=7 as outlined above,
or set Flags=1 to prevent the button from
moving to this class of window.
